The taxi from the airport takes between 15-30 minutes depending on traffic and costs in the neighborhood of 240 pesos. From Central Norte you can purchase a ticket for a bus directly to San Miguel de Allende on one of two bus lines. Your options are ETN, and Primera Plus.
