There are three major airports you can choose from if traveling to San Miguel de Allende but all of them require you to take some form of ground transportation to arrive in San Miguel de Allende. Leon (BJX) and Querétaro (QRO) are your closest options but there is limited services to these airports and you may find much cheaper flights arriving in Mexico City.
